Lembeh
Lembeh
Lembeh is well known as a macro paradise and is famous for its muck diving and the abundance and variety of strange fish, small critters and nudibranchs. It is truly a heaven for macro underwater photographers!
Lembeh is an island off the Northeast coast of Sulawesi, separated from the mainland and the city of Bitung by a stretch of water called the Lembeh Strait. The nearest airport is Manado, which is about a 2 hour drive from Bitung.
The dive guides are very knowledgeable and well-trained and will spot even the smallest, most camouflaged marine creatures.
