Learning, a never-ending journey...

When it comes to learning, we believe magic happens when someone is really enthusiastic about a subject.
It's that enthusiasm we try to transfer through our teaching, so learning becomes something you enjoy doing.

We offer a wide range of courses, catering to all skill levels. Whether you have no experience with underwater photography or are an experienced photographer, we're looking forward to working with you. The added value for underwater photographers is the focus of our courses; even when we give the standard PADI or Adobe courses, they are taught to enhance your photography, diving and post-processing skills specifically for underwater photography. The same when we teach about marine life - knowing the species you want to photograph and how their behavior affects your photography will give you an advantage when looking for that awesome shot.

Continued Education - The way to progress

People never stop learning, there are always more knowledge, skills and ways of thinking out there. Photography is a field where you can keep growing and developing to improve your photos and come closer to your own vision of how you want to capture the world. A lot of things come together to make underwater photography work. You need dive skills to get you where you want to be, easily and safely. When you're there, you need a set of skills and techniques to be able to capture the photos you want. And of course with all of this you need a subject to photograph, so it helps if you know where to look or what to expect when dealing with marine life.
Whether you want to enhance your diving skills, work on your underwater photography abilities, learn more about how to process your photos or discover the amazing marine world, we provide a course that will suit you. Browse through the courses in the main areas shown below to see where you want to begin your journey of continuing education.

A comprehensive approach to learning

Some instructors seem to think they can run courses like a puppet master; "stand here", "hold this", "use these settings" and the student will have a nice photo. And yes, they might have a nice photo but in the end, they might not understand WHY to stand there, hold this and use these settings... This is not how we run our courses. For us the main goal of the course is to have you understand what it is you are trying to do, why you do it and then create nice photographs based on your own unique vision. So we will make sure you understand the basics of photography theory and help you understand how water affects photography and especially lighting. We will support you by offering tips, explanations, and suggestions and will guide you on your path to becoming an independent underwater photographer! Even after the course when you are out taking photos on your own, we are always available to answer any questions which may come up.
